American Carrot cake

Inspired by iml's recent baking spree and motivated by my greed, I decided to give Aunty Yochana's american carrot cake recipe a try.

I must say, I thought it tasted really good, and the recipe was easy to follow.

I gave some to my friend JJ for her comments - and she gave me 2 thumbs up for it.
