D and fasting

D: Mum, I need lunch today.

Me: How about fasting? (I was just teasing her)

D: I cant!! I need to eat!! 

Me: I am sure you can try.

D: NO!! You must give me at least a piece of bread!

Me: Ok, when we get to Godma's I will ask her to give you a piece of bread.

D: I cant just have bread!! I need more than bread!!
